Cancellation Policy and Prices

The price is for the entire house (except for special packages)

The minimum number of nights for a reservation is 2 (except from July 15th to August 31st, Easter, Christmas, and Bridges)

Check-in to the house will be from 13:00 hours onwards

Check-out from the house will be before 17:00 hours

The reservation will be accepted by paying a minimum of 25% of the total.

7 days before the date of entry to the house, the remaining balance and the security deposit will be paid (except during Bridges and high season, where it will be paid 14 days in advance)

You can cancel the reservation free of charge before 14 days prior to the entry date. If you cancel before 8 days of entry, 50% of the total will be retained. If you cancel within the last 7 days prior to the entry date, 100% of the total will be retained.

The security deposit will be refunded during the following week after the departure date, after verifying that there are no damages.

All payments will be made through this website and by the means reflected in it. The total reservation amount must be paid before check-in, cash payment is excluded

The house will be delivered in perfect cleaning and usage conditions. Any inconvenience that may arise during the stay will be solved as much as possible, as long as it is notified as soon as possible and during the stay. Claims made after the departure cannot be addressed. All suggestions will be noted.

Maximum capacity: 17 adults

Price: 510€/night (except for New Year’s Eve)

New Year’s Eve price: 595€

Multipurpose room: Half day 300€ / Full day 500€ (includes furniture, audiovisual equipment)

Baby crib: 8€/night (Upon request. Does not include crib bedding)

Pet bed: 3€/night

Cold drinks service: 15€ (Does not include drinks)

Shopping service: 50€ (Does not include items. Online shopping pickup at supermarkets)
